This online claims drop box is for yard and road claims. This form is for claims that have been submitted and have been denied by time-keeping. Please complete this form for the union to follow up on your denied claim.  The more documentation the better, so anything will help, even your notes on a piece of paper will help. Once submitted, the union will be able to review your submitted documentation as well as the denied claim and move it along to the next step in the process.
